Hello! We are looking for a crossing guard for the district. The crossing guard is at the corner of the high school parking lot to help our littles safely cross over Chicago Road onto the sidewalk leading up to NGS. The hours are 7:15 - 8:10 am and 2:50 - 3:30 in the pm on school days when children are present. If you are interested and would like more info, please contact Mrs. Menth or Mrs. Turman at NGS. 815-695-5143. Start date would be 11/27/23. Thank you!

Today, November 15, is about saying Thank You to the Newark CCSD 66 school board. Our board members spend multiple hours each month on district work, attending meetings, and other responsibilities most will never hear or read about. This is time they could spend with their families and for themselves.
